[DOC] Update OpenSearch remote store documentation to include `node.attr.remote_store.state.repository` in bootstrapping steps

What do you want to do? The remote store documentation does not specify that the node.attr.remote_store.state.repository setting has to be added in opensearch.yml before bootstrapping the node.
