Add CSVProcessor Logstash converter

Updated Logstash converter to convert CSVProcessor.

The CSV Codec is part of the S3 Source, and the S3 Source does not have any Logstash configuration conversion at the moment. I believe this issue can be closed until a Logstash config conversion is added to S3 (and then the CSV Codec would be a part of that conversion). It doesn't seem like there's a 1:1 mapping from Logstash's S3 input plugins and Data Prepper's S3 Source, so a S3 Source CSV Codec logstash config conversion function might not make sense, even in the future.
