Tooltips contain invalid content after interacting with the map.

How can one reproduce the bug?

1. Open this visualization.
2. Without clicking on the map, hover over something to see the tooltip; it shows the country code and the count.
3. drag the map or zoom in, and then hover over something to see the tooltip; it shows only the count and the labels are lost.

What is the expected behavior?

Consistent tooltips
