[BUG] Tooltip settings should be reverted if new index pattern is selected

What is the bug?

In Document layer, tooltips should be reset if index pattern is updated. It should be updated if same index pattern is selected in same session.

How can one reproduce the bug?

Add tooltip. Update index pattern, tooltip is not cleared.

What is the expected behavior?

It should revert , Allow tooltip and selected fields.
