[FEATURE] In Dashboards-Maps panel provide an option for user to create map from sample map

Is your feature request related to a problem?

If user wants to create a new map, we can only create a map with "Default map" layer where user might need to start from scratch.

What solution would you like?

To create a map, we can also provide an option to create map from "sample map" using a drop down. So that if user choose that option, the sample dataset needs to be installed automatically (if not already installed) and create a map using the sample map of that dataset.
