[FEATURE] Support more flexible pattern for auto-follow

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In documentation there is information that pattern parameter for auto-follow currently only supports wildcard matching. We have issue when we need to replicate all but a few indices.

For example, we don't want to replicate indices starting with ..

What solution would you like?

It could be more flexible pattern or additional optional parameter in auto-follow configuration to exclude some indices.

This will be a very nice to have feature. We have also same use-case.
