[FEATURE] Integrating consumable visualization table in detectors detail

Is your feature request related to a problem? We want there to be a way for users to easily see all visualizations linked to a specific detector. We also want to give the user an easy to unlink these visualizations from the detector plugin page.

What solution would you like? As highlighted in https://github.com/opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards/issues/3407 we will be creating a consumable table to list the associated visualizations. These issue is related to all work on the plugin side to correctly consume this table and populate it with the correct information.

All the table will need from the plugin side is to provide the plugin resource ID.
