Live anomaly chart for HC chart shows stacked results

For high-cardinality / category field detectors, the live anomalies chart on the real-time results page may show stacked bars, if multiple entities found anomalies during the same interval.

There are a few possible ways to mitigate this issue:

1. Have some criteria for which anomaly should be shown in the chart, if there are multiple per interval
2. Remove live anomalies chart and replace with a different way to represent the most recent anomalies for high-cardinality detectors
