[BUG] 2.11.1 Create document level monitor fails: run button does not work

What is the bug?

No results are shown, ajax call doesn't execute. Browser: Firefox 122.0.1 (64-bit)

How can one reproduce the bug? ^^

What is the expected behavior? Run button does work so the rest of the flow can be executed.

What is your host/environment? Default docker 2.11.1

Do you have any screenshots? ^^

Do you have any additional context? N/A

Doesn't really matter, i.e.:

The call to the server is never executed when clicking run.
