Allow setting date format in Alerting
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The date/time format in the alerting dashboard appears to be locked to a American 12-hour format, and I would like to have this in a 24-hour format more common in the rest of the world. I cannot seem to find any setting for it as the dete format in the advanced settings doesn't seem to apply to is (which is fair, as my discover view has a format with milliseconds which would be unessecary in the alerting view).

Simplest solution would be to add an advanced option to set the date format for the alerting view.
