Failed to create role

Hi, I am trying to create role in OpenSearch dashboard for knowledge base to access index from, and I am running into the issue Failed to create role. You may refresh the page to retry or see browser console for more information.

I am confused as to why is this happening, I refreshed and retried, still I got this issue. I am following the documentation below to implement this.
