[BUG] dashboard shows blank screen

Describe the bug

The dashboard is not displaying anything. I am not sure it is connected to the data anymore

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://pha-dashboards.aimsplatform.com/_dashboards/app/home#/'
2. Click on 'Open Search Dashboards'
3. Click on "Dashboard'
4. Blank screen populates

Expected behavior Once 'Dashboard' card is clicked a dashboard displaying eCR data for Chicago Department of public health should populate

OpenSearch Version v 2.11.0

Dashboards Version Unknown
