[BUG] Removing focus doesn't close Display menu in New Discover

Describe the bug

In New Discover, when clicking off the Display menu, it doesn't close.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Disable legacy Discover
2. Click on the Display menu at the top of the table
3. Click somewhere else on the page in an attempt to close the menu
4. It doesn't close

Expected behavior I expected the menu to close, just like the "Columns" and "Sort fields" menus.
