Overview

The following proposal aims to bring more contextual data to users when selecting fields in Discover so they can make informed decisions to explore their data.

Field inspection

Allowing users to inspect a field and get insights on their data and the values contained within a particular field. From here they are able to add filters, select the field, or enter a visualization flow.

External data sources

For external data sources users are able to enter acceleration flows to speed up performance of fields they would like to query.
