solve problem with computeRowWidthInBytes returning 0 for GL_RGB8

Hi Robert, I managed to find the root of a problem with some files failing to convert with option --compressed-dxt1, if the input has an uncompressed mip-mapped image with dimensions not a multiple of 4. Regards, Laurens. ps- Creating a PR for master as well.
