Update ReaderWriterPDF license to GPL 2.0 or later?

Hi @robertosfield,

I would like to use OSG with PDF plugin in an application to be released under the AGPLv3 license.

Currently ReaderWriterPDF.cpp is distributed under the GPL 2.0 license.

ReaderWriterPDF includes:

• cairo: available with option of using the LGPLv2.1 license https://cgit.freedesktop.org/cairo/tree/COPYING https://cgit.freedesktop.org/cairo/tree/COPYING-LGPL-2.1
• poppler: available with option of using the GPLv3 license https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/-/tree/master#history-and-gpl-licensing https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/-/blob/master/COPYING3

Would it be possible to update the license of ReaderWriterPDF to GPL 2.0 or later?
