IED Module: Inability to Retain Selected IED across Module Transitions

Describe the bug Once the CoMPAS runs and an SCD file is uploaded, various modules become active for utilization. When the SCD file supports multiple IEDs, there is a possibility to select the appropriate IED from the provided list within the IED module. Upon selecting the desired IED in this module, CoMPAS cannot retain this selection when transitioning to other modules and returning to the IED module.

Currently, CoMPAS does not maintain the selected IED after moving to another module. Instead, it defaults back to the first IED on the list.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on 'Open project'
2. Click on 'Open file'
3. Select the proper SCD file. for this test we selected 'TrainingIEC61850.SCD'
4. Go to 'IED module'
5. Click on 'Filter icon'
6. Select the proper IED from the list.
7. Click on another module.
8. Switch back to the IED module.
9. See the IED, it changed back to the first IED from the list.

Expected behavior Upon selecting the desired IED in this module, CoMPAS must retain this selection when transitioning to other modules and returning to the IED module.
