License scan is failing

The license scan has been failing for a while. Fossa shows an issue with wicg-inert's W3C license being incompatible with Apache 2.0 .

Since my GitHub account is no longer associated with this organisation, I'm deleting the Fossa project.

If you want license scans in the future in order to be aware of such incompatibilities, I suggest you create a new Fossa project. For the time being, I suggest you remove the failing license scan badge from the readme.
