Support exporting of diagnostic window data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As a user of OpenSCD, sometimes things go horribly wrong and I end up with a schema invalid file.

I'd like to be able to export messages from the Diagnostics window so I can include them in bug reports or provide them to manufacturers to explain why the template files I have are not in accordance with the standard.

Describe the solution you'd like

A plain text file which includes all information about the error messages, including the headers for different validators.

Requirements

• Include section (schema or template validation)
• Include error message
• Include line number
• Include any other diagnostic data

Suggestions for a specific user interaction

I think a little export icon in the top right corner of the diagnostics display would be delightful ;-)
