Describe the bug

Code coverage report says 0.0% lines covered in GeometryEvaluator.cc

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://github.com/openscad/openscad/actions/runs/19514483506/job/55862542428
  2. Click Build and Test, observe 2558 tests ran and passed, including rendering tests
  3. Scroll down to Upload Code Coverage Report, click the Artifact download URL: https://github.com/openscad/openscad/actions/runs/19514483506/artifacts/4619610634
  4. Open coverage.GeometryEvaluator.cc.3e699afafceb0611d39bd51916713918.html
  5. Observe it says no lines were tested.

Once fixed, we should probably display coverage results/changes somewhere more prominent so it doesn't fall off the radar again.
