Feature: Change association type
  As an editor
  I want to change the type of an association
  So that it can be corrected without having to remove it 
   and create a new association with the new type in multiple steps.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario:  
Given an association exists
And I have privileges to edit the framework the association is in
When I select "Change Association Type" on an association
Then I can select a different association type for the association
And I can save the change to the association
