Add a license

There's no license on the repo or on the API Documentation which respect to how the data from the API can be used. I would like to use the API for a research project but I don't know if I can. Can you please add a license? Thank you!

We are working on redefining our data license and terms of service. I'm very sorry for the delay in the response.

Our data that is public can be used for research projects.
