We should stop adding/removing users to/from the reviewers group.

I'm not sure where to do this, may be we can ask the PCs of a date for the assignment and use it to set the expdate del recruitment?

I'm not sure if this issues is needed, when we validate that only tilde ids can be used to run the paper matching.
