• Remove the stage invitation and process function
• Add withdrawal and desk-reject edit invitations: invitation to edit readers, author readers, deadline
• add preprocess function to invitation that edits comment invitees and readers

• finish invitation to reveal authors in withdrawn and desk-rejected invitations.
