Venue Request Form: Unable to remove abstract registration deadline

To recreate: Make a revision to a venue that already has an abstract deadline, clear the date and submit. The abstract deadline remains unchanged and the homepage date string still shows the abstract deadline.

I think setting an empty value should remove this deadline.
