Ask the venue type: conference, workshop, symposium, journal, type a new one
Ask for the main institution the venue is associated with
Ask for, have you used OpenReview in a previous iteration? please share the venue id

venue type - textbox or dropdown (they might not understand that they can type in an option. (optional)
main institution, ex "this is an IEEE conference" (optional)
have you used OpenReview in a previous iteration? please share the venue id, textbox, ex of venue ID (optional)
