Setup Matching data using a group invitation

Let the PCs and other users to setup the matching data using a group invitation.

The matching data should include:

• verify all the members have a profile
• verify all the members have publications
• optionally compute affinity scores
• optionally compute conflicts

I would call is "Paper Matching setup" because this step is also being used for manual assignments and we shouldn't use "paper", some assignments are being done between group. What about "Assignment_Setup"?
