PC Console - recommendationName default value

the defaultValue of recommendationName config in ICML PC Console is 'Recommendation' with capital R while the recommendation field name of meta review note is in lowercase

it cause the meta review to be empty in export and search

I think there is a misunderstanding between the "Recommendation" name for the edge invitation where ACs recommend reviewers and the meta review recommendation field.

domain.content.meta_review_recommendation.value is an array ['recommendation'] i think it should be just a string

AC console has the same issue. the config name in AC console is metaReviewContentField which i think should be a string instead of an array
