CPAN release is out of date

While there has been developments on the master branch of this repository, the CPAN release is out of date and does not have utility functions like use_hup(). Please release a new version to CPAN.

Reviving this old opened issue. CPAN release is again almost two years old and there are a lot of useful not-published changes (namely add_test_cleanup, some changes around http3 tests, suppress_stderr).

Please consider publishing a new version. Thanks.
