Packages for Debian Bookworm

As Debian Bookworm is stable now, it would be awesome to have packages for it.

Looks like, as if there are packages available now and this issue has been resolved: https://openresty.org/package/debian/dists/ (amd64) and https://openresty.org/package/arm64/debian/dists/ (arm64)
