dependency problem

I'm running Debian Buster with Openresut 1.15.8.3-1 from the official repositories. Installing this module gives the following output:

your dist.ini seems to depend on a specific version of ngx_http_lua:

ngx_http_lua = 0.10.13

Wouldn't it be better to have de dependency on ngx_http_lua >= 0.10.13?
