Create Model Transformation Notebooks for each input file format as shown with CfRadial1 in #45. See CfRadial1_Model_Transformation.ipynb.

  • [ ] GAMIC
  • [ ] Rainbow
  • [ ] IRIS/Sigmet
  • [ ] Furuno

Also adapt the output of metadata into corresponding CfRadial2 groups. Add name mappings as needed.
