Added option to exclude domains from due date sync

This adds a function to allow users to exclude domains from the due/expiry date sync. This will, by default, not impact any domains

Hardcoding domains to exclude is never a good option. Rather, you could create a configuration option, or perhaps, an additional setting with each domain.
