[FR] Plesk Third Party DNS

It would be awesome, if there is a plesk third party dns script for openprovider dns.

Amazon already exists here: https://github.com/plesk/ext-route53

If there are changes in plesk, the records will be sent to openprovider. At create, the dns will be created and at delete, deleted.
