Suggestion: add documentation on which tool to use for which purpose

Especially for new preservation tool users, it might be useful to have a document on the VRE desktop with some usage information. E.g. about which tool to use for which purpose, or a general workflow/process. The OPF Reference Workflow might form a basis for this.
