Update the list of tools

The list of tools on https://github.com/openpreserve/ddhn-forge#current-tool-list and https://github.com/openpreserve/ddhn-forge#about-vre is incomplete and should be updated to reflect the (preservation) tools included in the VRE. E.g. MediaConch is missing from the list. (The list at https://github.com/openpreserve/ddhn-forge#accessing-dp-tools is complete.)
