Add Kriegsmühle, 69151, Bammental to streets.ignore.csv

We noticed that for postal code 69151 both Bammental and Neckargemünd are returned. However, only Neckargemünd is correct. Therefore I suggest to add the following entry to the list of ignored streets:

Kriegsmühle,69151,Bammental,08226006,,
