Economy: limit working hours

Significantly limit the working hours to solve a number of economic problems caused by over-supply of labor including:

• declining real wages,
• unemployment and underemployment.

This would also help address numerous social problems due to parents' lack of involvement in child-rearing (outsourcing of child care).
