This release changes defaults according to the latest algorithm improvements.

• [ ] over-reporting default
• [ ] consider making inframe default method
• [ ] not use AE wording, docs, vignettes, DESCRIPTION, column names, code
• [ ] limit under-reporting lingo whenever possible refer to under and over reporting
• [ ] allow SDTM event and visit tables as input
