Select OCR language for each document

First of all, this is a great project. I see interesting proposals here to add features. One feature that I would like to see is to give each document option to choose the OCR langauge. Thanks, and keep up with good work!

I agree that this would be useful. From the web I get a lot of documents in English and the language of official documents is in German. Therefore it would be great to be able to switch on a case by case basis.

Otherwise I agree it's a great project. Especially since version 1.2.1 my scanner works now without a problem.
