Q: Can Users update information online

If a user wanted to log in on their phone/home computer and change the number of household members or edit address etc, can they?

Long term, for sure we can let them do this, once we have real accounts and clear auth requirements, but for MVP this won't be included/brings in other questions about how number of household members works, etc etc
