Expose delta files for UK PSC Register BODS data source
Potentially linked to https://github.com/openownership/register/issues/213 . Requires further discussion.
The new Register Files Combiner in https://github.com/openownership/register/issues/213 has been written to support this. However, I haven't actually generated any deltas, or written a script for it, yet, since there was no use case. But now I anticipate doing so would be easy.
We'd only be able to generate deltas from this point onwards—unless I artificially rebuilt the historical archive to generate deltas for past months, too.
