Register V2: New version of libcovebods will change API and results

The CLI to call the tool will change slightly. Instead of 1 call, there will be 3.

The results from each one will change slightly.

There will be big changes to the data format of the results from the JSON Schema checks.

I'll post more as it becomes clear.
