Description

To improve the usability of long URLs, a feature should be implemented to automatically create a shortened version of the URL. The shortened URL can then be used for easier sharing with others.

Modules:

• Logs
• Dashboard

Proposed solution

• The user should be able to generate a short URL for any long URL.
• The short URL should redirect to the same destination as the original long URL.
• This will improve the user experience for sharing links across platforms and communication channels where long URLs may be problematic.
