Production app can't find the icon from the manifest

Describe the bug When the home page loads, the console throws an error, "Error while trying to use the following icon from the Manifest: https://woaq.org/logo192.png (Download error or resource isn't a valid image)".

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to woaq.org.
2. Open the console (in Chrome on Windows, Ctrl + Shift + i).
3. See error.

Expected behavior I'm not sure which icon this refers to, but it should probably load error free and also appear where it's supposed to.

@gsehrlich I'm thinking this should be post-MVP until we can confirm that something is actually breaking the use of the tool. Thoughts?
