Schedule O forms and donors
Not sure if you all read this article in the EBX alleging a developer made illegal campaign contributions under Oakland's ethics laws. Specifically, if a developer or contractor has a project in the pipeline, there are restrictions on contribution behavior.
Said developers and contractors have to sign a Schedule O form swearing they will not give contributions to a candidate within the defined time period in the Ethics law.
I'm curious what people think about trying to grab this Schedule O data to explore whether that individual made contributions to any of the candidates within the specified time period.

Form in question:

I put in a question to Whitney to see where these forms live online, if at all.
+1 One of those edge areas where there's opportunity to automate alerting for sketchy behavior.
