User sort on the candidate pages in the all contributions section

@elinaru I think when I opened this issue I just wanted a contributor search bar on each candidate page in the "All Contributions to this Candidate" section. So basically you could search for a contributor to just one candidate at a time. But I am intrigued by your idea of sortable columns like the user can sort by most recent contribution to oldest and then also highest and lowest contribution and then maybe alphabetize sorting for the names of the contributors? This is all together not entirely necessary but sounds really cool. But I'd be content if we just got a search bar up on each candidate page. @elinaru What do you think?
