I would like to add a vagrantfile and bootstrap.sh for automatically setup vagrant VM. Please have look.

You need to send a review on Gerrit, not in GitHub, here is just a mirror site.

And you should write better PR title and commit messages, Patch 1 isn't a good way to show what your commits done.
