Type Error

Hello, I am trying to follow the README instructions for pip install of the following: https://github.com/opennem/nemweb

I am on a Windows machine, python 3.4 as the incumbent software and keep getting a Type error following input directory prompt.

Any tips as to how to get working appreciated, Thanks Rob opennem_error
