PutPlayerInVehicle reset the Camera Position

Describe the bug Use PutPlayerInVehicle function when a Player is already in a vehicle. e.g change Virtual World and it resets the Camera position, can be really hard for Players in a Minigame with different Virtual World at Vehicle change...

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be in a Vehicle
2. Move your Camera to left or right, what ever you want, not default position
3. Use again PutPlayerInVehicle and the Camera gets reseted to default position

Expected behavior Camera should not move to default position as in SA:MP 0.3.7
